UPS NEXT DAY, 2 DAY AND SATURDAY DELIVERY RATES AND REQUIREMENTS
Orders must be received by 12:00pm to accommodate UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day or UPS Saturday delivery. You will be invoiced at the current UPS rate rate plus a mandatory $3.95 Adult Signature charge and $3.95 handling charge. RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
All merchandise to be returned for credit, or exchange by West Georgia Golf Company must be returned prepaid. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay return postage plus any other charges which may result from the transaction. Please return merchandise in the original box with the invoice number clearly marked on the outside. Merchandise returned for a refund must be unused and accompanied by the original sales receipt within 7 days of purchase, after 7 days up to 30 days a gift card for the amount of the purchase will be issued after 30 days the sale is final.
NOTES:
• The shipping charge will not be credited on customer order error, buyer regret, change of mind, West Georgia Golf Company's 14 day "Earn A Place In Your Bag Program" or Two Weeks for $25 Promotion.
• No monetary refunds for the return of pre-owned merchandise, only a West Georgia Golf Company gift card in the amount of the purchase will be issued. |

WARRANTY
All Bridges® Golf Clubs assembled by West Georgia Golf Company have a limited lifetime warranty which is the sole discretion of West Georgia Golf Company. Other companies have various time limited warranties and must be returned for evaluation pre-paid.
NOTE:
• Bridges® Series golf clubs purchased in component form (heads only), Gimmie Specials, Bridges Entry Level Series, and Bridges Igniter Toddler and Youth Series are not included in this offer.
Bridges Series return guidelines for warranty repair or replacement only:
A. Within 30 days of the purchase date a new replacement will be sent with a return label for the defective product.
B. 31 to 90 days of the purchase date a return label will be issued for product pickup and evaluation.
C. After 90 days it is the sole responsibilty of the customer for the return and return charges for product evaluation.

CUSTOMER REWARD PAR POINTS PROGRAM
Starting April 1st 2010 for every $10.00 spent within West Georgia Golf Company's retail store receive 1 Par Point. When you have 50 par points and for every 50 Par Points thereafter we will reward you with your choice of a $25.00 West Georgia Golf Company or Shell gasoline gift card.
Note:
• Only purchases made as a walkin purchase within West Georgia Golf Company's retail store will be considered.
• Sales tax is not credited towards Par Points.

Any merchandise that is considered a special order or close-out merchandise is non-refundable. Special order items (items not stocked by West Georgia Golf Co.) are to be paid in full before the item(s) is ordered.

30 DAY LAYAWAY
West Georgia Golf Company offers a 30 day layaway plan on golf equipment priced no less than $100.00. If the layaway extends pass 30 days the equipment is put back in inventory and the monies paid will be given in the from of a gift card only, no refunds. Sporting Firearms are not available for layaway. |

CONSIGNMENT OFFER
Consignment sets must be approved by West Georgia Golf Company. Upon approval the set will be displayed within the retail store as well as upon the West Georgia Golf Company website for no more than 90 days. The hosting fee is 10% of the actual sale price only. At the time of sale a check in the amount less the agreed upon 10% plus any credit card or check processing fees will be submitted.
NOTE:
• Extensively played clubs that show heavy signs of use, wear, fatigue, age or have visible and numerous paint chips, dents, nicks, cracks, scratches and/or gouges will not be accepted for trade, sale or available for consignment resale.

West Georgia Golf Company attempts to offer a fair market trade in OR purchase value based on the values reflected in the PGA Value Guide Online and the trade in programs offered by Callaway and Taylor Made Golf. The values offered by these three entities relect resale information gathered from online golf classified websites and online auction sites. WEST GEORGIA GOLF COMPANY'S PREVIOUSLY OWNED GRADING SYSTEM
Rating 9-10 These golf clubs look new in appearance and are in perfect condition. They have been hit a limited number of times, or not at all, and show very slight to no visible wear. The possibility exist this is a brand new golf club that has not been hit and shows only tiny cosmetic blemishes due to showroom wear. The entire golf club is extremely clean and has all factory original parts.
Rating 8-9 These golf clubs have been played but are extremely clean and in like new condition with only slight signs of wear. Sole and face nicks, marks, or scratches are light with wear mild to nonexistent. The golf club will have no "pop-up" marks or visible damage to paint or graphics. Shaft must be factory original or high-quality, properly installed replacement.
Rating 7-8 These clubs have been well played but remain clean, well cared for, and structurally sound. Clubs will clearly show wear and visual blemishes such as nicks, scratches, or possible "pop-up" marks consistent with normal play, but free of defects with playability not affected. Shaft must be factory original or high-quality, properly installed replacement.
